Perfect excellent location, 24hr security, basic, hot water, comfy bed we had room H only fan no ac, cant complain the location is great and the price is good! If you want something more high end expect to pay wrll over $250-$300 usd at least in the same area
Friendly and very helpful staff. I forgot the gentleman's name, but he used to live in LA and he moved back to Oaxaca and now works at the hotel. He was absolutely wonderful and made our stay feel warm and pleasant. Thank you The property is very well located. The rooms are basic but good value.
We didn't stay in the Hotel but we ate some wonderful food in Hotel' restaurant. I recommend strongly. It's adorable delicious food. Next to Zocalo Square.
(05.-08.06.2022) (+) Great location directly in the historic center, all the members of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was more or less clean (except the space under the bed), interior of the hotel had a nice colonial design. Payments by cards excepted. (-) Our room (Nr. 7) was directly next to the women's toilet with common window with our bathroom (when somebody from the restaurant went to the toilet, it was like he'd be in our room). There was no warm water during the late evening / night. The hotel is now much more obsolete then at the photos we saw on the internet.
The service and location were perfect . The food and coffee were delicious . I strongly recommend anyone to stay here 24 hours security, Mr. Celso Garcías was always helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Him and the rest of the staff . Munchas Gracias, Family Hernandez
We stopped by for breakfast, nice avocado toast and omelette :) delicious coffee from a connected cafeteria :)
Was by far the best place we stayed at!!!! Very quaint and beautiful!! The staff were sooo lovely and helpful!! And the location was the best ever, literally right at the Center of everywhere we wanted to go!!! Could not have been better! Will definitely come back for sure!
It is a BUDGET hotel in a perfect.location. The price is fantastic. No air conditioning so keep that in mind.
